Nathan Green
FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nathan has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, business valuation, strategic planning, and acquisitions with most of that time spent in the construction materials industry. He has been serving clients since 2014 when he completed a business valuation for Sugar City Building Materials (“Sugar City”) located in Pinole, CA for use in transferring a portion of their ownership interest between family members. Since that time, Nathan has helped numerous business owners improve their profitability, along with valuing and selling their business including Sugar City. When he is not working, Nathan spends his free time with his wife and six children.
Lisa Cherian
FRACTIONAL CONTROLLER
Lisa brings over 20 years of accounting and finance expertise working for both public and private companies. In her most recent controller role, she managed financial operations across multiple countries, ensured financials complied with GAAP and also helped implement accounting systems. Lisa has worked with management in various companies to improve and streamline close and other accounting processes. She has worked alongside with private equity groups, worked through M&A transactions, provided audit support, assisted with budget development & staff training.
Lisa is responsible for overseeing the monthly close and financial reporting processes for our various Fractional CFO clients and assists with budgeting, forecasting, valuation and Transaction Advisory Assignments. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and has her Masters in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.

Greg Odenthal
Principal of Pinnacle Consulting
Greg Odenthal has decades of experience providing market assessments, business transaction support, efficiency studies, expert witness services, and business development proposals for over 30 companies, both private and public, with up to a billion dollars in revenue. Mr. Odenthal's experience has been specialized in the construction materials industry beginning with time spent as the Business Development Manager for the Pacific Region with Knife River (a subsidiary of MDU Resources), as well as, multiple leadership positions within Granite Construction. Mr. Odenthal's an expert in strategically managing the acquisition process and assisting clients to evaluate their operational logistics to increase value in the preparation for a sale. Greg has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Nevada and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Bill Schneider’s construction and aggregate career began with a No. 2 shovel in his hands, digging ditches for a Cedar Rapids, Iowa, underground contractor. His corporate career concluded as the CEO of Knife River Corporation – one of the nation’s Top 10 aggregate and ready-mix companies. Bill has over 35 years of experience in the aggregate, ready-mixed concrete, and construction industries and served as Chairman of the Board for the National Sand, Stone, and Gravel Association.
